THE DESIGN PROCESS

• The design process begins with a site visit to gain a comprehensive understanding of the client´s needs and vision within a specific budget and time frame.
  



• Elements and conditions of the site such as sun aspect, drainage, water resources, wind patterns, previous management practices, assets and constraints, and view corridors are recorded and analyzed. A full site survey is also completed in order to ensure absolute integrity of the design.
  



• Conceptual designs are created using a variety of media such as sketches, renderings, photos and a bird´s eye view to be reviewed with the client until full satisfaction. When the landscape design is created in "concert" with a home design, Evo Design and architects team up to integrate the home and landscape designs that enhance both in and out spaces.
  



• Once the conceptual design is approved, detailed construction drawings are produced. Evo Design may also collaborate with engineers, architects and contractors to assure complete feasibility of all design solutions.
  



• Evo Design works closely with selected contractors to bring the design to life by placing landscape contours, vegetation, rock, metal and wood structures, pathways, water features, lighting, and sculptures. Evo Design pays strict attention to detail, structural integrity and sustainability throughout the installation process.
  



• Outdoor spaces, landscapes and gardens are constantly evolving as they mature. Evo Design recognizes the importance to follow up on the installation and maintenance of the project to ensure design integrity.
